It’s clear that the owners of this hotel have gone to every effort throughout. It’s like a new hotel! We were privileged enough to be shown around the entire building and we’ve never see somewhere so clean, organised and welcoming. The plans they have for the new spa are phenomenal. They’ve upgraded everything from the laundry rooms to the hotel suites! We stayed for dinner and the staff were so friendly, especially Ryan and the food was brilliant. I recommend the flat iron steak and sticky toffee pudding! Not sure you would find a better place to stay or book your event anywhere near here!
As a solo female traveller, this has become my go-to hotel when visiting the area on business. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming in fact, they can’t do enough for you. The rooms are incredibly clean with a lovely range of toiletries, and the food and wine options are excellent and recently more vegetarian options added which is always an added bonus!
Lovely clean and smart room, quite small for price though. Nice clean bathroom and good shower. View was awful as it looks right onto a new building site but we weren't there for the view so it didn't really matter. Was there for a wedding elsewhere so only got use of the room not the facility.Rooms: 4/5
The staff were amazing very welcoming and attentive nothing was to much for them we had our 3 year old grandson with us and he was made to feel important. The food was absolutely outstanding. The food was so tasty The atmosphere very relaxed we are already planning our next visitService: 5/5
My first experience since the hotel has been refurbished. It's lovely, was visiting with friends for a meal which was delicious, freshly prepared and a reasonable price. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Service: 5/5
Just been tonight for a high tea Sunday the 19.02.23 u advertising ur high teas at £16.95 on ur website but on ur menu it’s £21.95, ur service was good bit disorganised got toast had to ask for butter and jam,got the roast of the day the beef was very burnt round the edges very little gravy mines was enjoyable but my partners was tough and dry glad I had a voucher
Had an overnight as was attending Callum Beattie gig in Kirkcaldy. Decor, staff and room all great. Really good breakfast in the morning. Will definitely use this hotel againRooms: 5/5
Just been for high tea at Dean park, Excellent Sunday roast and excellent service, the roast beef was lovely and plentiful,al I all it was very good would recommend
Lots of parking, friendly attentive staff, food is fantastic with a great menu. The hotel is really clean and well maintained. Rooms: Spacious, clean, well maintained. Nearby activities: Shopping centre on the doorstep Food & drinks: Restaurants and bars are friendly with a great atmosphere.
Just visited this very nice hotel for the Mother’s Day high tea. Nice surroundings and very attentive staff. The high tea was very nice however, it is the first time I have ever had toast and jam no butter on table as a starter? There wasn’t a choice other than the toast!! I may be wrong but, I’m sure that most people may not want a sweet starter before a savoury main meal? Other than that, I can’t fault what was an enjoyable and very reasonably priced experience.
