The staff are very friendly and my room at the back of the hotel overlooked a green space with trees behind. This avoided the noise of the motorway. The room was clean and provided just what I needed for an overnight break in the journey. Rooms: The room was large and the bed was extremely comfrtable giving me a good night's sleep.
Booked on Booking for June with a cancellation fee and hours after i double checked my itinerary and saw i wouldn't drive on the M40. Tried to cancel without booking fees with all the information but it got refused. It's sad to see that for some big chain of hotels money is more important then a great service! I'm done with Days Inn.Rooms: 3/5
Stayed here with a large group early March. Very helpful staff. Clean comfortable quiet rooms. Jolly good breakfast. Such a good location as straight on to M40. Rooms: Clean and comfortable. Food & drinks: Good breakfast and very pleasant staff.
Great location for easy access to Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford upon Avon with the convenience of free parking and shops at the service station, as well as EV charging and a pub down the road serving meals. Reception staff were really helpful and a welcoming. Rooms: My room, a family double, was warm and spacious. The bed and the duvet were really comfortable and the bed linen and towels were excellent quality, especially the bed linen.
Rooms in terrible state of repair with fixtures literally falling off the walls and in my case also the door. There were no soap or body wash in the dispensers This place had a strong stale smell tooRooms: 2/5
Nice conveniently located hotel next to a kfc, Burger King, WSmith, Waitrose and Starbucks. Free parking and full English breakfast at an extra cost. Clean room, basic. Staff very friendly. More convenient if booking online.Rooms: 4/5
Booked for a business trip, Pleasantly surprised, super affordable, quiet, clean rooms, hot powerful shower, request for extra pillows met, comfy bed, very helpful and friendly hotel desk, plenty food and parking, can't complain, would recommend and stay again Food & drinks: Lots of food options in walking distances, English breakfast, Starbucks, waitrose

Multi-coloured hair girl on reception extremely helpful, a credit to the company The rooms are dire! One plug socket? In this day and age? There is no handle on the window, only one mug, no teaspoons. There is no car park as being dug up for extra electric car plugs. The place is in serious need of a refurbishment
No tv remote, no spare pillows, 1 power point in a family room at £110.00 per night, uncomfortable beds. Sleep in the car youll have a far more comfortable sleep or continue on your journey by far the worst hotel ive had the displeasure of staying at,Rooms: 1/5
