Due to breakdown after Christmas, stranded for several hours at Killington with two dogs. It was freezing that day.Shown exceptional kindness by reception staff, who allowed us to warm up in a decommissioned room. Thank you, This level level of kindness to strangers is unusual and makes the accommodation worth all of the star ratings available

Dated...no bar. No restaurant. You're offered a £10 McDonald's voucher for £7.50 to use for breakfast. Nice view of the lake if you get an odd numbered room.

Rooms are filthy, our 18 month old little boy kept finding used cigarette ends in our room. Mould all around the bath and shower, rooms need all new furniture and carpets. On the plus side the receptionist was great.

Stayed there on our way to Scotland.lovely and welcoming staff and the dogs were welcome too

It's a motor way services. Best thing about this place is the views over the reservoirs. Food is probably 1 step above the typical MWay services, but the prices are not!
