The food here was beautifully presented, freshly cooked to order and tasted out of this world.. It was definitely worth the 1-hour round trip to pick it up and the Pan-Asian Kitchen has a large range of items to tickle every taste bud. I recommend this restaurant very highly you must give them a try
Food was delicious. Tazz was very helpful and welcoming. He was more than happy to accommodate my request for an item not on the regular menu. Service was quick and friendly and deserving of 5*. It’s Nice to see that the legacy of day of the raj Mill Hill is still going after many years. I look forward to my next takeaway from the restaurant. Thanks again.
Very disappointed with my chicken tikka masala. Too sweet, not enough chicken for a dish that costs £12, the chicken itself was dry and over cooked. Lamb biryani is below average but just about bearable. This is not what Indian food should taste like! Avoid this restaurant as it is over priced and massively underwhelming.
This evening, we ordered from Day of the Raj first time...it was one of the most delicious and quality food we have ever eaten...we had lamb dansak , which was cooked to perfection , very tender meat with nice tick sauce...and also ordered prawn biryani which was absolutely delicious...thank you Day of the Raj...it is great to have an amazing local restaurant nearby.

The best lamb biriani in London. Really authentic, fresh and aromatic. Huge portions for a good price. Will return!
Never too much of an issue with this place. The gent who I spoke to on the phone on every occasion I’ve ordered is polite courteous and nothing is ever too much to ask. Honestly will go out of my way to recommend these guys. Food is also FANTASTIC! Thanks! Aimee Grenville Plc :
Ordered a chicken tikka masala, lamb biryani and chicken wings. Wings were fantastic, tender and well spiced. The chicken tikka masala was sickly sweet and tasted like a desert. The chicken in it was chewy and dry. Very dissatisfied. The lamb biryani was below average. The rice was over cooked and a bit dry, but lamb was wonderful and tender. Overall my second disappointing experience. I have had an over sweet lamb dish before, this really needs to be fixed!!
Definitely the best Indian takeaway in the area. Food arrived hot and very quick delivery. Flavourful and not at all greasy. Reasonable prices, highly recommended.
We enjoyed an excellent family dinner tonight thanks to the Day of Raj at Mill Hill East, good quality and great service. The best Indian meal we have ever tried. Well delivered and fantastic meal. They are also doing a great job delivering free meals to children on half term. Bless you guys you are a Great team!! Thanks
