Great store over 2 floors with lots of home furnishings for every room of the house, plus a selection of outdoor furniture and barbecues. Friendly and helpful staff. Well worth a visit.
Always an excellent Interiors store with the highest standard of home merchandise to be found in North Yorkshire. I'm never disappointed in this store.
We visited the barbecue centre last Friday and have to say we was looked after by Tim who was very knowledgeable about the Weber spirit E210 given a in-depth overview we also bought other Weber products to compliment took up an offer of an extra 5% discount because we ordered before 3.00pm and paid £1.00 for a Saturday delivery It arrived at 8.20am what a superb service Dawsons thanks to all the staff involved with our order
Bought a pan! Great items and lovely service
I visited to look for a new bbq, Dawson’s are also known as bbq world online. They have a great range in store, and I was able to have a good look before making a decision. Well worth the drive over to receive such first class service and assistance from Lucy. This young lady’s product knowledge is amazing, and she happily talked me through the pros and cons of various models.
Wonderful alladins cave. Everything possible to buy, even perhaps a left handed screwdriver!!
Great shop providing everything for the home with reasonable prices and many offers. Friendly and helpful staff.
Not the cheapest place but bargains can still be found. One of my favourite go to shops throughout the year, especially around Christmas time. Products are first class. As are the staff.
A joke! Early May we ordered garden furniture online costing £2,249, which stated it would be here in June. We've had numerous conversations with customer services to find out when we can expect delivery, who incidentally are very rude and leave you holding for 7mins or more, we were told it won't be here until sometime in July....they think! They deny all knowledge what their website said and tbh don't care nor do they know where the furniture is! If that's the case why aren't they just taking a small deposit from customers?
Purchased an armchair for delivery. Arrived promptly within 48 hours on stated day. Initially concerned as no legs in the box, but a quick phone call to their very helpful customer service team revealed the legs are actually stored in a small compartment underneath the chair. Very pleased at the value for money and quality and very good customer service.
