Having placed my order by standard delivery, I was concerned about a delay due to Royal Mail. I picked up the phone and it was immediately answered and my issue dealt with. Excellent customer service from Siobhan and the team - she made an effort to track down my order and reassign it to 24hr delivery so I had it in time for my event. I’m so grateful!
Scam artists of company also homeaphobic to me after delivering items to my door and leaving them in broad daylight and being rude and abusive and ripping me off for 300 pound and not offering me a refund. Please be really careful guys the financial ombudsman are looking in to these people also
Bought these figurines from David Shuttles recently. Tom, who handled my delivery, has been extremely helpful and professional! The items were securely packed in a box and I received them within days when I got into London. A small box of chocolate comes with my order Thank you Tom!
Great shop! I’ve ordered from them many times and the delivery is always fast and the products are always as expected, in good condition and superb quality.
Fantastic service provided by this company. I've used them over quite a few years and would certainly recommend. If I've pre ordered something they keep you fully informed as to when you may get your product. Their live chat on website is very efficient . Great choice of products at competitive prices.
Amazing service. I made a little erron online, I rung them up and it was Friday after 5. They did a bit of the investigation and on Monday I received a product I wanted with amazing little gift of two chocolates.
Staff were very helpful and made some good recommendations on the Lampe Berger range.
We're new to the area and I have found this precious trinkets shop! The staff were so welcoming and helpful and assisted me in hand picking a gift for an upcoming event! A lovely experience and I will be definitely making a return in the near future.
Gorgeous little family-run homewares shop it's like all of John Lewis homewares condensed into a tiny space! very beautiful to look at, with a really personable service, and an impressive online store. I've made a few purchases from the online store over the years and the service over the 'phone can only be described as "best of British" - professional, polite, and amazing product knowledge.
