We went into this store a few times to decide on an engagement ring and the staff we spoke to, Grace and Tina were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Their service is fantastic and I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to buy jewellery. They have a great collection, one of the rings I wanted to try was not in store and we managed to order it in to try after a few days, the service with that was also very fast and Tina was very helpful. Thanks to the team at Ernest Jones HW.
Made a purchase today in High Wycombe. We were served by a great young gentleman called Faisal who provided us excellent service. He took care to understand what we were looking for and went through options to help. Thank you for a nice shopping experience
Staff at this store are incredibly professional and knowledgable about all of their products. They always go the extra mile, Tina deserves a special mention as one of the best customer service and sales advisors I’ve ever met, she’s fantastic and should be recognised for her hard work.
Great service, staff were very helpful when looking for a wedding ring set. The prices were also the best compared to several other jewellers we went to. Highly recommend.

Our 40th wedding anniversary and they found a lovely ruby and diamond ring. Had the correct size in their system, despatched that day and delivered the next day to home. Great service.
I like to browse around without being followed by a pushy salesperson trying to get me to buy something I don't want or need . I am sorry but I think this review was wrong as my visit to this retailer was first class the staff were very professional and extremely helpful I think my previous comments were about a furniture retailer I will definitely be visiting this jeweller again.
Amazing service and great manager she was really helpful. Located in a good shopping centre too
