Fantastic gym! The classes are well informed and delivered with energy, it's reasonably priced, there's a lovely inclusive community of regulars and I love that it's low impact on the environment. What makes it exceptional is the staff. I'm always welcomed with a smile, they're consistently helpful and organised and their level of expertise has really helped me progress. Highly recommend.

Love this gym great layout and selection of equipment, and very reasonably priced. Staff are great, and you feel like they actually value you, and get to know you if you start going regularly to classes or to work out. I am here about 4 times a week I love going to Sam's HITT classes and Paul's Boxercise class. I have made some great friends ( my gym family ) since I joined and the support and encouragement they gave me is fantastic.

A very friendly, pressure-free gym, that doesn't cost the earth! It is affordable and eco-friendly, with a good range of classes, helpful personal trainers, and good facilities. I work out with a PT there once a week and it's worth every penny. It's not a big gym, but I never feel that I have to wait to use machines or the showers. I'm very happy that I found a local gym that I look forward going to. You can try it for free and see what you think!

This is a great little gym. Everyone is friendly & open to offering advise & pointers. It's also amazing that you can give back whilst working out too.
