This place is SO brilliant! Over the last month I have been going there twice a week – and they have really changed my attitude to exercise. I actually enjoy going there! I don’t like gyms, so their nurturing ‘front room’ approach is perfect for me. I can’t believe how much better I feel than I did a month ago.
And if they offer you a banana, chocolate and ginger smoothie say YES!

I've tried different types of yoga in the past but never carried them on. With Emma it is fun and invigorating and I can't wait to learn more from her. The early morning sessions really help me feel ready for the day. Fitness training sessions with Tom are personalised and he really helped me push myself. The sessions I have had so far have been really fun and challenging. I can't recommend them enough.
