Daniel Department Store

Amazing lunch, the bakery and food is delicious, so many treats I want to try. Never have I seen a donut so full of jam or custard. Lovely salads and excellent fries. I will definitely be back to try more things when I'm next in Windsor visiting family.

Been visiting for over 30yrs & find this a great department store. Sell a variety of unusual labels & brands as well as the more established names & often at very competitive prices of during sake times - great prices. As well as clothing there's a great toy department, sports, cooking & music etc. There is also a restaurant & cafe. Definitely worth a visit whilst in Windsor.

Can I say the security guard on the front door is amazing! Welcoming you to the store with the biggest smile , stopping for a little chat, engaging with people when they leave. Full of positive energy! He made our 1st visit memorable.

Absolutely delightful. The toy department was brilliant with so much choice. The staff were very friendly. The cafe was also very good we enjoyed the pesto pasta and the garlic mushroom croissants. Would highly recommend a visit.

Very big selection of basically everything that you need. Expanded sport and music section have become much more useful and the cafe serves very tasty pastries and confectionaries. Some issues with lighting though, as it was very harsh, and the store can be quite cramped especially at the entrance onto the high street.

Fantastic customer service when recently buying some bedroom furniture online. Liked it so much we visited the store and found some great bargains and more wonderful service. Will definitely be back! Thanks Andrew!

Daniels has an excellent toy store, yummy cafes and really good customer service. Today Evelyn in the woman’s department was so helpful in helping me find the right fit - it’s a big department store but has a lovely friendly atmosphere.

Daniel is an institution in Windsor and their toy section is fabulous as long as you have deep pockets. The cafés are busy but serve decent food. The rest is just naff and overpriced clothes and trinkets for tourists over the age of 70.

Excellent service, friendly staff and helpful. A good department store. Excellent toy department and excellent music department. Recommended.
