I've shopped at Richer Sounds for many years. I've always found the staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The Eton store layout is nice and spacious for a relatively small shop. They do have a demo room at the rear of the store and will open beyond working hours to accommodate your time schedule when there is something specific you want a demo of. This needs to be booked in advance though. There is parking along the street which is pay and display. 20p for 30 min is the minimum. You might want to get there early to make sure you get a space though.

I have visited this store several times and on each occasion have been impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of the team. A big thank you to Steven who helped us choose the perfect tv for my elderly in-laws. He delivered it himself when it came in stock and helped set it up. Service like this is rare and deserves to be recognised. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I tried to but a TV from Currys but as it was on sale but non of the local stores had it so I checked the web and could see that Richer sounds were offering it at the same price but with a FREE 6 years warranty so I spoke with Dan and raced there to pick it up. So thank you Richer Sounds in Eton.

A very wide range of products and sales staff that really know their stuff. Happy to order items in from other stores if they don't have it in stock.
