Nice collections. Quality as per the price. Located in Queensmere mall with paid parking. Lots of good collection for kids as per the season.
I wish I could put less than one star as I shop here regularly but today was not one of those great days. I tried to do a return on an item in Primark Slough, which I bought yesterday to closing time and tried to return today. Manager Sonia and her manager who I didn’t get the name looked like short larger lady who spoke to me really rude. I explained I didn’t wear the item, they snapped and insisted that I used with PERFUME which I did not. Really horrible customer service I will be contacting primark head office on Sonia’s and her managers behaviour. They do not have proper customer service skills and spoke to me very rudely. I am not usually mean but this angered me, as they accused me of something I didn’t do. They should be sacked as managers and demoted due to the fact they cannot resolve a simple issue. Rude, snappy and didn’t not look interested. Both of them! The photo below shows that I purchased the day before near about closing time, from where I live I could not drive back the same day and came in the next day. So how could I have used perfume or worn the item?
Wonderful customer service. I visited this Primark when I was about 6 1/2 months pregnant and the women working at the store were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me pick out outfits as well as help me find sizes that I needed because it was a little difficult for me to bend down. They also helped me queue up And carry my bags to the register as it was a little difficult for me. I really appreciate your help that was certainly going above and beyond.
The stocks are always short - not the whole range available as in Hounslow!nnBut less crowded
Cheap and cheerful.nI've bought some black polo t shirts for £4 each. Bargain!
