I had a very unpleasant experience at Primark Slough yesterday.nWhile waiting at the till, two staff members laughed and chatted with customers for several minutes, ignoring the queue. When it was finally my turn, the cashier was rude, avoided eye contact, and continued talking to her colleague and laughing while scanning my items.nWhat shocked me the most was speaking in my own language to my husband. The staff suddenly changed their attitude, acted offended, and even called a manager over — as if speaking another language was a problem when I do it, but when they do it it's completely fine. Completely uncalled for and very embarrassing.nI left feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and humiliated. No customer should be treated like that for speaking their own language.nThis is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in any Primark.nI will not be returning to this store, and I will make sure my family and friends are aware of this behaviour.
Stupid Manager in Slough branch. She don’t know how to deal with customers. I am so sad about her wrong behaviour 10 December 2025 at 5:00pm. I want justice. I want to talk with admin.
I had an issue when I was returning some clothes but Alex was really nice about it and helped me even though it was my fault but i really appreciated that she still went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied
Nice collections. Quality as per the price. Located in Queensmere mall with paid parking. Lots of good collection for kids as per the season.
KAM the manager and JULIA the customers service in primark slough branch are stars they are so helpful ,cheerful ,fast and professional ,really great and hard workers.
