Amazing food, atmosphere and great drinks. The beef and pork ribs at smokestak is so good we went back for seconds.
Loved Street Feast Dalston. Good Food & Drink Chilled Environment something for all taste From Smoke Stack Best Pulled Pork, beef & Pork Ribs. White men Can't Jerk. Yum Bun, Rum Shack to name a few
A tad pricey sometimes, but some amazing food here. Get a Tom Collins from Adriano at the Gin Bar. Bellisimo!!!
Food offering was great with varied cuisines on offer and most at great prices. Go before 7 for free entry and also to beat the after work crowds of you can. Only drawback was difficulty in finding non-alcoholic drinks. Alcohol is plentiful and fairly well priced but non-alcoholic drinks are pretty much non-existent.
Any food lovers heaven, countless stalls offering dozens of mouthwatering dishes albeit at London prices to expect a substantial hit to the wallet. Overall a fantastic atmosphere in the open roofed yard surrounded by bonfires. Cannot think of a better way to spend a summer evening.
Good, but very pricey ~£8/small plate, food. Not enough seats so wear comfy shoes as you'll be standing. As a non-drinker I didn't see non-alcoholic options but the bigger bar does sell water.
Super fun atmosphere and amazing selection of food stalls. Lobster rolls, ribs, Korean burritos, pork buns... everything is delicious. You can get a whole hollowed pineapple filled with tequila slush.
Went last month to Hawker House April 2015. Really love the idea. It's like one massive block party contained within an office block. There was about 3 street food stalls on each level. Can't help but want more I'm greedy. Would have loved a little back area but the founders already have Dalston Yard and Peckham Street Feast that caters for that so totally understand this being totally indoors in lead up to summer and sunshine times hopefully. They had a cool roulette wheel game to win shots of whiskey. More of things like this will make it more of an all night hangout rather than just a starting point or stop off for most I reckon. But love the idea and it can only improve as the street food scene in London continually gets better. Good vibes!
Lots of different street food to choose from. Pulled pork burger and jerk chicken wings I had were great! But what actually makes it full points from me is the large selection of microbrewery beers and gins! The setting works even on rainy weather.
Bring back Street Feast! I miss it in the winter…what a great place to hang out with friends in the sunshine or by the side of the many fires scattered around drinking cocktails out of a hollow full sized water melon! Such great choice of food stalls and I like how they rotate traders every week/few weeks…although please don’t ever take BOBs lobster away!! A few hidden bars and a lovely cozy wine bar with candles at the back makes this a great date place too. Roll on summer time...
