Loved it. Room was amazing....Nothing was too much bother, they made us feel really special even upgraded up for a special occasion. Staff couldn't do enough and the meal as well as the breakfast was fantastic! Will defiantly be back.

Great place to stay on business. Only issues- no light falls onto the wardrobe area Sink ,hot tap was stuck and could only be used on low, slightly lumpy bed.. must invest in memory foam... Other than that good staff, excellent breakfast, close to Queensferry village which is a nice walk even in the cold...

Really disappointing visit. I stay here regularly and the last two occasions have been increasingly poor. The rooms are comfortable enough and the staff are perfect, but the food was appalling. I have a vegan diet and was presented with a paltry slice of aubergine with a bowl of spinach for £22 at dinner, and £14 for avocado on toast breakfast is an absolute farce. The rooms are reasonable value but next time I'll be eating at Frankie and Benny's over the road instead.
