Very impressed with the service of my two mountain bikes. Over the years I have used Halfords, Evans and cycles UK and have had problems with the quality of their work from each of them. Became a farce at times and a nuisance going back and forth to Maidstone or Chatham centre. The cycle hub were thorough. Clearly an experienced rider and mechanic. They gave me options regarding different cost options to match my budget. I found the pricing fair. Not cheap, but in my experience, you get what you pay for. It's excellent to have a place like this only a few minutes away from home. Highly recommended.

I've used Cycle Hub a few times now. Helpful and quick repairs. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them. First class service all round.

After buying a Trek remedy 7 mountain bike from eBay I found that the bike was in need of a service as the brakes were not as they should be, I found cycle hub online and booked the bike in for the brakes to be fixed and a full service if needed. When I dropped the bike off I spoke to Chris the owner who was full of great information and talked me through how the bike and suspension worked and the best way to set it all up. The next day I get a call that my bike was ready to collect, I was told that all they needed to do was change the brake pads and bleed the brakes they also checked the bike over adjusted the suspension and re-greased all moving parts. And the bill £60 ! I was quoted this at another place just to bleed the brakes thanks once again 10/10 I will defiantly recommend you to my friends.

Couldn't have asked for a better service booking a pickup on line arrived dead on time took bike away and repaired puncture bronze service and brake pads and delivered back to me at 7am next morning so I could use it for work will be using them again and will let my friends know about them too.

In general, experience buying a used bike from this place, is just comical. My wife wanted a cheap bike to ride together with my son, so one evening (I was working) she went to this place after some recommendations. Well, as she lacks technical knowledge, understanding what modern bicycles should look like, I guess the seller sensed this and sold pink bright with no working rear brakes girls bike (way to small frame for adult female) Seller refused to buy the bike back after riding it just a one time (i was ready to sell it back for cheaper this pink monster) Moral of this story, dont let your wife buy the bicycle and keep in mind that seller is not the honest one.
