The car park was very busy with a queue out to the road but I did not have time wait for too long. Staff were helpful and got my order straight away. The box to one of the items was damaged but the staff pointed this out and the contents were fine. Do assistance offered to lift the items back to the car.
I ordered a dog bed which my partner collected, without leaving the store he then returned the product to order a larger one. The refund wasn't processed and I'm now having to chase this almost 2 months later!!! They won't pick up the phone so I'm going to have to waste my fuel to go back to a store for their incompetence.
After I purchased thousands of £ from Argos over the years, considering what happened with my last order I promised them and I am keeping my promise: never again and I mean Argos as a company . I cancelled my Argos card and shut down my account, will be taking my £ elsewhere
Outstanding customer service at the Strood branch. Had an issue with a lawnmower I bought 2 years ago, that had a 3 year warranty. I took it back to the branch where I was told I would have to contact the manufacturer. As they were unable to find contact details for the manufacturer they chose to replace the mower there and then. Everyone I spoke to in the store was polite and very helpful, giving excellent customer service, advice and satisfaction. It is great to know that some shops put their customers first, and prioritise customer satisfaction.
Worst experience, rude staff Whoever is at return staff on 28-10-2024. I Will never go there
