Local shop in the high-street near some of the food shops and bars. Good selection of bikes for kids and adults as well as the option for electric bikes or manual cycles. They have in house technicians in store who well knowable on the top matter. Prices are very competitive if are comparing like for like with Halfords per say on the ranges. They also have accessories on offer.
I went to cycle king after finding their shop on Google so I had no experience of the company. I went to get my grandson a very last minute Christmas present as he really wanted a bicycle. He is only 4 years old, I was given very good advice of what size I needed and brought a beautiful bike within only 5 mins. Excellent service and would recommend Cycle King to my friends and family.
Great help from the Rochester Cycle King team in tracking down and ordering what seemed to be the very last Ampere X-Trail from another store. Delivered and built for me. Very happy, brilliant service.
Brought a bike this year for my son and it was brilliant, perfect price and size. Went back today as my son had crashed it and buckled the wheel, brought another wheel with a discount and it will be ready to collect same day! Friendly staff who know what they are talking about. Highly recommend Cycle King for any bike purchase.

We had great experience buying my daughter's bike for her birthday from this very well stocked family run bike shop .The guy there explained us what the difference is between bikes and which one to go for .Would highly recommend them .
I have been a customer of Cycle King since I moved to Rochester in 1999 and their service and quality of products has never disappointed me! And again, 2 days ago I went in for a minor issue with my bike and they fixed it straight away! Great service and I noticed that they are now selling good quality e-bikes which I didn't realise...they might see me again soon! P.S the bike I bought from them in 1999 is still going strong!
Excellent after sales service here from the owner. We bought a kids bike last Christmas and the rear wheel nuts have been consistently a little lose. He suggested different washers which he gave us for free and it’s fixed the problem. While were at it, new nuts too. Thank you for your care.
Wow, what great service. Very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with my brakes and as I was just passing I popped in on the off chance they could help. Even though it was a busy shop, they changed the disc-brake pad straight away and only changed me for the part. Which was cheaper than Halfords quote. Five star service.
The man behind the counter is more than useless, I asked for 3 inner tubes 700x25 with a short valve. He gave me 700x23 with a 80mm long valve, It was all on the box but they have put their own wrong sticker on it. I tried to tell him but he wouldn't listen. Useless!!
