I went there today with my toddler who absolutely hates having his hair cut. The staff were very kind and patient with my son, and they all had a sense of humour when my 1 year old lost the plot mid-cut. I recommend them highly - they did a fantastic cut and I'll be going back.

Really bad experience. Went for highlights and a cut and it was a catastrophe. I had to go to another hairdresser after. They couldn't believe the cut and were shocked at the colour. The other hairdresser corrected the cut for free as They felt bad for me Cutting Room coloured my hair twice and it was still horribly orange ... on top of everything I walked out with big colour stains on my forehead and cheeks so they didn't even bother cleaning me up. I was overcharged and there was no receipt involved but at that point I was too upset and angry at the whole situation and just wanted to go home since I've been there close to 4hours. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and will definitely not be going back.

Excellent service!!! I cannot understand the bad review perhaps the person is the opposition and jealous? I'm a typical bloke that used barbers only and didn't know the difference. I have been changed to the ways of the hairdresser and now I can have an adult conversation! Many thanks for your service and keep up the professionalism!
