Fantastic Hair cuts!! My wife has been to this salon twice now and has had two great cuts, with Johnny cutting her hair and styling it where many others have failed!!. Loves going back and cannot wait to get restyled. she will not be going to any other stylists, great price compared with other salons...............need I say more.

Caroline and Natalie have cut my hair and are so down to earth and guarantee an amazing cut, so they're worth making a trip into town just to see one of them. The downstairs area of the salon is quite dark as has no natural light but upstairs is lovely. I've never been asked whether I'm going out for the night here although still get asked that wretched question at other hairdressers. The staff here don't push customers to buy products either at this hairdressers. Highly recommended. Can only assume the woman who had a bad experience on the phone and left a duff review was being served by a temporary staff member as I've always received excellent service here.

Caroline has been doing a superb job cutting my hair for over 10 years now - I've always been very happy with the results. The team at the salon are all very friendly and they've created a really relaxed and professional atmosphere. I've moved out of the area but always come back to Carlos Fernandez for my haircut

Amazing hairdresser, so happy with my haircut. I cannot recommend this place enough. I have been getting my hair cut here for over a year and have always had an amazing cut. If you are going to get your hair cut in Tunbridge Wells, this is the place to go!!

I thoroughly enjoy my hair appointments at Carlos Fernandez - Caroline has been colouring and cutting my hair for the last 8 years and is brilliant at taming my naturally curly hair. I love my colour and cut. The salon has a great ambience with soft music and beautiful flowers. I would highly recommend Caroline to anyone.
