We had a very enjoyable week in south Devon whilst basing ourselves here. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable.

We would like to reply to the below review as there seems to be some misconceptions. Although the property can be used as a B&B, there is no access to the kitchen or any other part of the property by the owners, whilst it is let for self catering. All 3 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and conservatory are for the exclusive use of the self catering guests. The wifi is provided by BT and there is unrestricted access with a password which is provided free to the guests. Obviously you are more than welcome to use the BT hotspot if you so wish. There is a large flat-screen TV in the lounge and also a TV in each of the bedrooms (2 of these are the old crt type). I can also state that the beds have all been replaced and many guests comment on there comfort. As for the towels, an individual bath and hand towel are supplied per person which are fine for the average person.

We stayed here for a 2 week family holiday. It can be rented out as a holiday cottage, or the owners also use it as a B&B, so they have access to the kitchen, bedrooms are numbered etc. Overall it's furnished to a good standard and comfortable, although the beds could do with replacing. The TVs are old and don't pick up many channels (if you want to watch any TV on your holiday) and the wi fi is the BT hotspot type were you have to pay for access and is unencrypted. Also the towels aren't very big.
