Not very often does a B&B exceed expectations but Keynedon Mill was absolutely marvellous on all levels. Beautifully and lovingly restored historic house and gardens but it was the genuinely warm and welcoming hospitality of Jeni and Stuart that really made this a perfect break....Stayed in on Friday night because the roaring fire in the guest's sitting room was so lovely. I highly recommend this spot and just hope it stays open for as long as I need a Devonshire haven in my life! Great Paddle Boarding from Mill Bay to Small Pool with the high tide, complete with good menu at Millbrook Inn.

Great location being a short drive away to slapton sands, and the bnb is so peaceful and with lovely gardens if u just want to laze about. The owners were very friendly and helpful and welcomed us when we arrived (with a complimentary beer & wine!) And cooked us up a couple of lovely breakfasts, we'd definitely consider another stay here when next down in Devon, thank you!
