This is a top quality B&B with a real family feel. Adam and Jeannie are very welcoming , nothing is too much trouble. The property is perfectly situated for exploring the South Hams aided by a very detailed and useful welcome pack. The rooms are airy and spacious with a chic finish which makes them contemporary but sympathetic to the old country farmhouse building. The first lounge is equipped with games , books and an enticing real fire (not for the summer ). The dining room is a beautiful conservatory off the back of the lounge looking out into a country cottage garden. This trip was for our 25th wedding anniversary and it couldn't have been a better choice. We love this area anyway so we are a little biased but this proves to be an excellent base from which to launch our explorations. We will be back.

Warm welcome, extremely comfortable bed, best breakfast in a B&B with lots of fresh fruit and good choice of cooked options. Highly recommended.

Lovely, clean and modern B&B. The owners are great and can't do enough for you. Also the breakfasts are delicious! Highly recommended.
