Curves Beith is a woman only gym but not in a traditional sense. There are always coaches on had to encourage you and  motivate you. It is for all ages and abilities. Every one is so welcoming and the coaches always go that extra mile, keeping you motivated and making sure you get the most from the strength training programme.

years ago I had no idea how much Curves Beith was about to change my life... new job, new friends, new me. CurvesSmart and amazing staff who motivate and encourage you to work your hardest to get the best out of your 30 minutes strength training... love it :)

Curves Beith is a fantastic gym. All the coaches are very friendly and very friendly. There's also a shoulder if you need one. Cannot fault it x
