I had the best experience there with the tech support team, I needed a data transfer and incurring a problem with my old laptop, the team was very patient and willing to help to achieve the best result. Instead of spending £380 Luke had managed to recover my data with an almost impossible situation and saving me £280, I’m very grateful for Luke’s knowledge and advice and the teams proactive approach to problem solving, will be back for more

Me and my partner went to currys to have a look at a tv my partner had been looking into getting , at first it was rather overwhelming as there’s alot of option and we aren’t very tech savvy. One of the curry’s workers did try to assist but couldn’t tell us a whole lot about the tv we wanted in particular. Owen , who works for Samsung but is situated in the store , came over and spoke to us about the tv and he was extremely helpful. Told us a lot about the tv and showed us all the features. After selling us the tv he persuaded us to have a look at some speakers and he ended up really selling it to the point we now have a brand new tv , and a brand new speaker with a sub. He was very friendly and very informative. Was really refreshing to have someone like him assist us in such a huge purchase. Also a thank you to the original worker that tried to help as he did assist in a few extra purchases like the ps5 and the Nintendo switch , I believe his name was Adnan, he was also very polite.nWhen going to collect the ps5 from store , Jamie was rather helpful too as there was some kind of mix up with the collection but it was dealt with quickly and we felt really good after leaving. Great customer service all round and in general very happy with how we left and what we came out with !

Waited more than 20 mins for service! When I approached the “here to help green bib wearing apparent manager. He was rude and uninterested in helping explaining he was not here to help! Result, I have left the store without spending the 5k I was planning too! And after his shocking attitude I will never be back.

Had some issues with my ID mobile SIM that has been going on for weeks and causing me a lot of stress.nnWent into currys in Harlow and Shey or maybe Shay I can't remember the exact spelling went above and beyond to help me get reconnected.nnThere was also a gentleman behind the front desk. I can't remember his name but he did have a walking cane. He was also very nice and understanding of my situation!

The click and collect service at the Harlow store yesterday the 25th November was an absolute shambles! We were kept waiting for 1 hour before my item to be found, 3 different colleagues took turns to look for the items in the warehouse. The process is definitely not working,  the service is totally unacceptable, and there needs to be a proper system in place.
