All the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. John in particular was great in supplying me with a suitable product. Excellent customer service.

Went to visit Audio T today and asked for a demonstration of a Yamaha sound bar. They were both very pleasant and helpfully.

OK, so their stock and demos (for stereo speakers) isn't fantastic. At £500-£650, I'd expect more than the dynaudio emits (which weren't even in stock) and b&w's 685 s2s... I would have liked to have seen monitor audio silver 50 and 100, plus quad's s1 and s2, available for demo and in stock... So why the 5-star rating? Because of exceptional customer service. They were more than happy to allow me 2-3 hours to compare the emits, plus they allowed me another session two days later to finish off the comparison, plus compare my preference to b&w 685 s2... They also showed me how to use my amplifier (which I hadn't even bought from them), consistently gave detailed and impartial advice (happy to suggest something cheaper) and allowed me to experience the difference in sound between sound-sources in the full knowledge I wouldn't buy one. Oh yeah, they also have an excellent wifi facility... All in all, they made shopping very enjoyable, and have much better customer service than richer sounds... They've certainly got themselves a long-term customer... Keep it up guys!

I have been using this shop for many years and always found the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of kit available and always my first stop when looking to upgrade. Great demonstration rooms for both hi-fi an Audio visual set ups.
