Having problems with my Brother printer, I took it to ITS. They offered advice that helped me to get the machine fixed by Brother at no cost even though it was outside the warranty period. Great customer service despite my not technically being a customer! Thank you.

Rang up looking for a replacement part for my laptop. Unfortunately didn't have it in stock but the guy on the phone gave some very helpful advice about what to look for when buying elsewhere. Didn't have to do that as I wasn't a customer but now would definitely use in future if I need anything.
