iFixed Repairs

Great service. Just been to the Welwyn branch to get speakers on an iPhone fixed. Before taking any money the lady who served me (apologies didn't get the name) and Mike (technician) checked the phone and spent 10 minutes thoroughly cleaning it. Its all fixed, no new speakers required and declined my offer to pay for the time spent. Excellent service - would recommend, thank you.

Unbelievably good customer service from Ifixed Welwyn. Unbelievably good customer service from Yvonne, shop manager at Welwyn Garden City branch. Saved me £30 on the spot by cleaning out my charging port for free.. The definition of trustworthy business practice. I hope this review helps repay her for the loss of revenue, because her and the company that encourages her to behave in this impeccably honest way deserve it. Of course, it also means I will go back when my iPhone, produced by a company with a diametrically opposite view about the customer's interests, reaches its next point of obsolescence.

Sent in my iPhone 8 smashed to pieces with no sound or display . Got it back repaired 2 days later , bright and shiny . Thanks Yvonne for recommending the Iface case , hopefully I won’t have to use your services again . But if needed , iFixed repairs is definitely where I would recommend .

Called up on the special on repairing my iPad Mini 4 with a knackered screen . Popped it in the post and got it a couple of days later . Good quick service , and very reasonable pricing . Must say the new screen looks brand new and just like the original one . Thanks to Mike at iFixed who helped me on the phone.
