I would like to highly commend the technical knowledge and exceptional customer care skills of George, who served me on Saturday and helped me to retrieve cherished family photographs from a damaged hard drive. Not only did he help to reunite me with photos that I thought had been completely lost, the care, kindness and patience that he showed made the whole experience really very special. This was an outstanding experience. Thank you George and thank you Currys.
Do not utilise Care & Repair services.nnOn the 4th of February I informed PC World my new PC had a fault, which involved the power unit within the PC. Due to warranty, I asked them to replace it.nnIt is now the 27th of February. They have sent the PC back once without bothering to fix the problem I told them it was, they have tried to send it back again without a fix, they have been vague in all information given to me regarding the repair and are generally useless.nnI can't state enough, do NOT use Care & Repair. If you want your tech repaired, save your money and pay someone who actually knows what they're doing.
We, on many occasions have had absolutely fantastic service from June, she has been so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We bought yet another washing machine the other day and again June was fantastic. Thanks so much June!nWe have also, lately, have had fantastic service, in the business hub from Emily. We have several rental properties and the help and discounts have been great. Thanks Emily. Bill will keep dancing lol!
I literally had to call out, loudly and several times, in order to get someone to serve me at the till. Despite the shop being reasonably busy, it wasn't deemed necessary for anyone to man the tills - quite bizarre. I literally just wanted to give Currys some money and they couldn't be arsed. It won't happen again. The lady sitting at the nearby 'tech support' desk wouldn't lower herself to walk the 5 yards to serve me either - too busy being busy I guess, although she wasn't actually serving anyone.nOne star is generous.
I went to the Cribbs Causeway Currys to discuss upgrade and trade-in deals with ID mobile, and spoke to Jacob who was extremely pleasant and helpful. He helped me to figure out the best deal on the upgrade I was looking at, and got the paperwork sorted quickly. Absolutely stellar customer service, thanks Jacob!
