Without doubt the Apple Store service sets the standard for excellence in the area of retail mobile phones and related products. My visit was booked in advance and was swift, friendly and totally efficient. The products speak for themselves and the retail delivery provides the best frontier for delivery. Well done Apple.
Not professional and rude. I visited this Apple Store to see the new apple products. First Lady met me at the door and almost tried to tell me I am not welcome. Then, since I had kids with me, I insisted that I just wanted to have a look. She eventually ignored me which meant for me I could go in. Then I asked one of the managers about stock availability which I believe it’s fair question. He replied in weirded way telling me basically there is no reason to comme and that I can check the stock in the website before coming. Then in a rude way went away. I didn’t feel welcomed. I understand that they sell a lot of products and they don’t care about one customer or two but still showing how this specific store is not giving enough attention about how people feel. I made a decision not to but from here my wife and kids included. That’s nothing for them but I hope people can do the same so they will improve their hospitality standards.
Ok so I have previously been critical of Apple stores, but this one is seriously good. I had a faulty Pro Max 13, that had already been fixed once and was now out of the 1 yr warranty. I brought it here and Jay at the tech bar was great - after a few minutes he understood my frustration and gave me a brand new phone. This was fantastic service so credit where it’s due - the Cribbs store and in particular Jay are very highly recommended
Have a apple series one watch 42 mill… Have a apple series one watch 42 mill screen 7 years old with a stainless steel strap. First issue I required a replacement screen as I dropped it booked a appointment through the apple app clearly told them what was required arrived for my appointment waited 30 minutes to be seen- to be told we don’t have capabilities to replace the screen. Quite happy to sell me another watch. I found a business in Portishead Bristol who replaced the screen. Later the battery starting failing again contacted Apple booked a slot again fully aware of what was required a new battery. Arrived for appointment again to be told we don’t offer services on this series one model. Wanting to sell another watch. I contacted Timpsons who said they could replace the battery and would be sent away and returned within a week.It was two weeks but all done and working fine for £90. Conclusion Apple clearly just want to sell new products not interested in helping with perfectly good working products. Shocking service and wasting people’s time-they just want to get you into the store and try to upsell.
I was helped today at the Genius bar by Josh. He was so unbelievably helpful and even carried on talking with my Grandma and I after his shift. He solved the problem with my ipad straight away no hassle! I honestly couldn’t recommend enough and wouldn’t go anywhere else for help or to buy my phones ect
Terrible experience. Took over an hour to be seen, didn’t fix simple problem. My phone ran out of battery then it wouldn’t switch on, but showed it was charging with the lead plugged in. They said us was a hardware isssue and they couldn’t fix it, said I had to buy a new phone! “Your phone is 5 years old” - it’s a iPhone XS, she only seemed interested in trying to up sale me. So left. Went to TPS, The Phone Shop on Gloucester Road in Bristol Bishopston area up from the arches They took the phone apart, said there was a loose connection, gave it back in under five minutes free of charge!! Cannot recommend them enough!
Was getting a new phone on credit and the staff member assigned to me very confidently gave me bad advice that had my credit application rejected. I would be fine if the staff member said he didn’t know but he confidently gave me the wrong advice when I asked him. Why are you putting staff in charge of customers applying for paying through a loan when they know nothing of credit checks and give bad advice? Train your staff! Now my credit score is affected because of bad advice.
Took my Mac in for a problem,was an uneconomical repair, when I called to collect it the female staff member handed me the Mac and her I pad to sign as a receipt, I asked her if she would show me about a setting she said "oh yes I can run through that" I made the mistake of signing receipt before she showed me as because as soon as I had she said she had to help someone and give her a shout if I needed help, she basically did a runner and was so obvious that once I had signed she knew she had no obligation to help, I was so surprised by her actions. Wow...... So terribly bad service, wish I had done a video to show her actions.

Really disappointing service. I ordered an iPad online for collection. Despite Apple saying the order had arrived, this was only the iPad guarantee! A wasted 35 mile trip. The staff were really unhelpful with no willingness to try and find out when the collection would be ready, blaming Apple's internet service and making me phone the Apple helpline from the store while they watched!! I really don't feel they operate as one entity.
