Don't get me wrong it's nice for the staff to ask if you need help but we were asked by 4 different people if we did need help and it sort of puts you off so we left without buying what we went for. There were more staff than customers. But on plus side we do usually get good service from Currys

After being online i decided to visit in person and how pleased i was regarding doing so rather than just using the laptop.. The main staff were extremely helpful on issue's that can be sorted over the counter rather than wondering at the back of your mind is this the correct product that im after so just goes to show "HUMAN" contact is better than using the computer... Public should know what im on about.. Happy days & keep up the great work...

Excellent service. Purchased a new laptop which was all set up for me. Very helpful staff in store particularly a young lady called Sophie.

Have a good deal of electrical goods. Staff tend to come up too often to offer assistance when all you want to do is browse making them more of a nuisance. When asked questions about separate items you find a lot can't give the advice you asked for in the first place. I suggest they are taught more about the goods before starting their jobs
