Went in today to ask for an appointment for my iwatch. Was told that it would be 35 - 45 minutes max and probably sooner and they would text me. Went back 50 minutes later after no text and was told it would be another 35 minutes at least. So 1 hour 20 minutes. The staff member was very defensive. Couldn’t wait that long so wasted 50 minutes for nothing.
Given two stars as first staff member was very friendly, although should have explained appointment system better. I spend a lot of money on apple products and Apple Music.

Lovely staff very helpful this is where I bought my iPhone 8 Plus and IPhone X I’ve never had any other piece of technology that’s not apple branded

Astonishing level of customer service.(edit) Just been again today (11th of Feb 2018) once again the service and experience in here is second to none, our sales guy was not only helpful he was incredibly attentive and listened to our problem and really quickly concluded with a completely new swap out on my X, great work guys and well done Apple for the superb levels of customer service. G

I booked an appointment at the “Genius Bar” they said “you’ll get a text in 20 mins” an hour and a half later no text, so called back to shop, they said they’d put me back a the queue but didn’t have time, so will have to wait and make 100 mile round trip again

Would not expect this treatment from a company like Apple. Waiting over a month for battery replacement with NO customer service. Very poor.
