The staff were friendly and very helpful, and also patient with us. Our questions were answered efficiently and in a way we understood, plain talk. Kiera was very knowledgeable about products putting us at ease. Because of her help and patience we left her a little box of chocolates for all her hard work which was much appreciated.
Sold me a curved Samsung monitor for over £500, it turned out to be faulty within 11 months of the 2 year warranty, the fault being the tape, which was of poor quality, did not do its job of holding the screen/matrix to the frame of the monitor. this caused the screen to crack since the screen was a pointy corner instead of a smooth curve like it was meant to be. I am not the only one with this issue as there are monitors on eBay sold for £30 which have the same exact crack like mine. If it was in fact impact then there would be damage on the plastic frame which is around the monitor but there isn't.
Absolutely disappointed we bought a brand new washernPaid £30 for next day delivery only to find on use the door seriously leaks!nWe rang for advice only to be told the earliest would be Wednesday for a service man to look at it !!!!!!nNot good enough curry’s @scunthorpe when we buy new I expect and if I may suggest everyone would expect thisnSo I really don’t think I’m being unreasonable to buy something new pay extra to have delivered on a Sunday for the washer to not satisfy my consumer rightsnAs a long standing customer of curry’s I am deeply disappointed in the service they provide or not as this case maybenHonestly I just wish I had shopped elsewhere now as this service is totally unacceptable and has spoiled any shopping experience regarding a serviceable product.
Very helpful and friendly young man addressed me as soon as I walked into the store. He directed me to what I was looking for and was most informative about the product. I purchased the item and left the store both pleased and satisfied with my purchase would recommend
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Sadly the store didn’t carry the stock of what I needed and could only get it ordered to store for the Monday, and this didn’t work for me.
