Absolutely superb. Darren is a star not only for fixing something on your computer which he did for me some time ago and problems I had with broadband. The first time he had to take my computer away and give a good clean up of the hard drive as I had stuff on there that I hadn't realised was still there that I had downloaded and did not need. This time I purchased a new computer and hadn't a clue how transfer from the old one. I didn't like the new desktop as it didnt show icons that I was used to and he easily transferred info from one to another so that I was more familiar with my applications. I said easily. It took the best part of the afternoon but well worth it. He backed up the new computer on discs for safety. I can't thank him enough for the peace of mind I now have. I would not hesitate to recommend him if you have problems, as I already have, to my friends who were very happy. He definitely knows his stuff. He is also very honest and will only charge you for what he has to do. Then it is up to you.
