Just had a stereo fitted by Adam it was great service. I came in a few weeks ago and the information he gave me was amazing which led me to purchasing it and having it fitted. Very pleased with the result.
Just been in to pick up a bike and experienced absolutely appalling treatment from the person who served us - not just unhelpful but outright rude. He made several rude and personal comments and behaved as though our being there was putting him out. He has clearly had an incident with a customer before us too and was more interested in asking his colleague what they'd said about him when they left. Will not be visiting again.
Excellent service today, the two men who were working were very busy but kept updating me on how long it would be and apologising for the wait, which was only 20 mins so not that bad anyway. Couldn’t have asked for nicer more helpful staff. 10/10 to all the guys there even the guy in the bike department came to help. I will return anytime I need a bulb replacing. Wonderful service
Adam fitted our front and rear dash-cams leaving a tidy result. His instructions were clear and helpful. All in all an excellent job.
I booked in and paid for break lights changing at the store on a mini clubman. when we arrived they came out and looked at the lights and said was too difficult and has to be done at a garage, so I just bought the bulbs that they had matched through the vehicle reg.nI went home and removed the bulb myself after watching a YouTube video. It took literally 30 seconds to do it myself. The bulbs they had supplied didn’t fit. I went back to the shop to change them and they said I would have to get them from Euro car parts. It would appear they only want to charge £20 to change the bulbs if it is an easy job with no tools required. I would recommend doing it yourself or going to Euro car parts instead.
