Absolutely love this place. Everything needed under one roof and staff who are fantastic, helpful and friendly.
Trust the reviews! Dealing with a person named Matt, he basically doesn't do the correct research and changed the price three times. He also makes it out that we was lying about the price, very unprofessional. You should not give a price Matt if you are not 100% sure, you lost a customer here. You wasted my time and fuel. Something I can never get back, I could’ve got this fixed by now… Also when I was going to give him feedback he rudely cut the phone off. Very rude. You need to do your job better Matt. You need to understand what a verbal agreement is, don’t state a price if you are unsure. If you had listened to me I wouldn’t have been writing this review. To future customers please make sure they give you the correct price and not mess you about by changing it. I know I will never deal with Cram computers again.
Have been dealing with CRAM computers for Eons, always fair prices and good service, as with all very popular services there are times when you need to be patient, I built hundreds of their components into computers and if there was ever a part problem CRAM was always supportive and fixed the issue. Now I'm buying my vape kit from them, the knowledge they have and advice is superb, the prices are pretty cool too. well done and I'm very pleased to find a trusting home for my vaping needs.
Have been using these guys for years. Computers being computers sometimes the news is not what you want to hear but I totally trust these guys in that they've always been honest, reliable and professional. Prices are fair and the advice is free. Highly recommend.
It is more vape shop now than computer store. You still can meet the proper PC-wizards there, get your parts or repair PC/Laptop. But when at glance it looks more like vape shop than PC store. Any way quality vapes and very helpful staff. Yes they'll repair your PC or build a new one. As a vaper and IT prof. I like the place very much :

Well spoken, well mannered staff in a well established business. Gave me approx date of repair and was happy to give me updates when I called them. Definitely use them again.
Excellent service, had to wait a week but worth waiting, all problems sorted at reasonable price . staff were really helpful , a good knowledge of the parts offered and good advice on the performance that they would provide. Thanks guys i will return.
