Easily the worst service I've ever experienced. Ordered an over in mid November so it would arrive before Christmas. When they tried to deliver it the oven was broken so re-arranged delivery for 17th December. Didn't show up but said they would arrive today 18th December - then text to move it again. Now won't get an oven in time for Christmas - sandwiches all round. Given that they have failed to deliver it 3 times I'd have thought someone might try to be a bit more accommodating that offering a delivery on the 10th January. Utter disgrace though judging by the quality of service I can't imagine they care about a google review
Wide range of products on display and payment has been made easy either by instalments or outrightly. The coffee machine I bought is working fine so I would give them 3 stars.
Told to wait elsewhere away from the collection desk, after 15 minutes trying to collect an item, a member of staff incorrectly entering the code over and over again results in the order being cancelled. Another 10 minutes of staff running about trying to resolve it unsuccessfully. Left without the order. Absolutely useless and will be using another store for future purchases
I went in for a computer, there were 3 members of staff chatting when I asked for help a young fella straight away came to help, he was very polite and helpful. Although after about I decided to go else where the staff member was still kind and respectful.
If you are going here with something specific in mind brilliantnIf you order and click and collect excellent.nIf you are just browsing and as soon as you walk through the door a salesperson approaches you and you don't mind ok. But literally within seconds pounce like waiting tigers is not my idea of a leisurely browse.
