I’ll always remember how great the service was four years ago, during lockdown. I’d been mucked about by the telephone customer service and given wrong details by someone who refused to take any responsibility for my query, but the guy at the Colliers Wood branch spotted my frustration and went above and beyond to sort matters out. Exemplary service, especially considering he didn’t take my frustrated tone personally, as some can quite easily do. Well done that man! Full marks!!

My internet connection had crashed the day before. My provider could not identify the error and 'escalated' the problem and would get back to me 'in a few days'!. Meantime I went to Currys to see if I could solve the problem with a new Router knowing it may not, but willing to accept that loss as it was my choice to buy it. Assistant Ron was incredibly informative & helpful and talked me through my options, the new Router did not solve the problem, I thought Ron had gestured towards the door when he said they accept old electricals, so I returned today with my new Router intending to just drop it off at a designated drop-off area near the door but I did not see one, so I took it to the Service desk to leave it there and was greeted by very friendly staff who I still can't believe offered me a refund on an item which I chose to buy and was not faulty! - Great team & service, ironically through persistence, I later eventually fixed my Internet connection without having to wait 'a few days' for my Provider.

Excellent service and great warranty. I paid a bit extra for the warranty and it’s 100% been worth it. It covers controller stick drift, and Currys PC World made the replacement process really easy and hassle-free. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to sort everything out. Great customer service and peace of mind — highly recommend.

I was in a hurry to get one item, but unfortunately, the security guard locked the door 10 minutes before closing and wouldn't let me in! Store doors should be locked at 7 p.m., not whenever the staff feels like it! I wasn't the only person who wasn't let in that day! I hope someone takes action. I think this security guard should be fired!

Why is one person doing tech support, returns and on the tills at the same time? I’ve been here 4 times but have given up trying to buy what I wanted because I was standing in the queue for 15 minutes with no end in sight. I won’t be coming back.
