Absolutely useless, come here to buy a washing machine, said in stock online and also asked in store when I got here checked there stock and said yes but after about 20 minutes looking for it they couldn’t find an item that’s showing in stock. Waste of time

Me and my husband went there to buy a TV + air frier. The service was awful, we bought the last TV from LG section and they couldn’t give us a box for it because it was the last TV on the stand and instead of this they gave us two options to deliver in on Monday or to wrap it up with bubbles and to took it in the car with us. We choose the send option because we wanted to get the TV today. The employees were really unprofessional and are arguing who will take the TV along with the manager to the car. I have taken pictures to see how they wrap it up and how they stayed on the phone, while my husband do their job and taken out the TV legs. We have spend more than £1500 at least the service should be professional. I asked to speak with the manager and he go away. Awful experience, I wont buy anything from there

I went there in order to choose the best TV and I was surprised to se they have only few tv was turned on the ones HD also most off the tv's don't have a price shown

5 stars for Aaliyah, Ismahan, Archie & Hannah.nnHad to visit Currys on a few occations as I had an ongoing issue. The first few times I did not get a pleasent experience and I was not happy with the way my issue was being dealt with.nnThe third and fourth time I visited, the manager which i forgot his name was so ignorant. However I then came across the two lovely ladies that did everything they can to sort my issue out.  Aaliyah & Ismahan, went above and beyond. Their professionalism were absolutely outstanding! They both stayed on the phone multiple times with Creation for 3/4 hours. Both ladies were very very paitent with me and very bubbly and welcoming.nnThey explained the differences between each product I purchased, their communication skills is magnificent, they had perfect knowledge about the products they were selling.nnIsmahan even carried everything to my vehicle, she was honestly so gentle and kind.nnArchie and Hannah both made sure I was provided with the correct information, and that I left the store with a positive solution and a smile!

Very horrible customer service on top of providing missleading/incorrect information. They are not following what is written in their terms and condition documents/policies, don't update customers on delays or issues and don't even bother to apologise for inconvenience. Unfortunately will have to go there again to - hopefully - collect the product, but never again after that. Area management should very look into customer service level at that branch.
