I came Curry’s Pc world 27th of Feb at 12.30nn5 minutes ago I wanted to buy a computer and a monitor, the all Curry’s managers can watch from the camera, although I waited for 15-20 mins minutes I already let them know that who standing right on counter, one person did not take care of me, I counted five or six staff working there, none of them approached me and asked me how I could help you.nnThe total of the things I will buy is a computer of £2400 cost and I gave up. I can’t push you to sell me a computer, right?nnI am addressing the Cures managers here,nnYour staff are useless, no one took care of me when I had money and time to buy a computer, no one even tried to sell me a computer, so I will never come to Curry’s again and I will not buy a computer or any technology tools from Curry’s , let you know about it.

I was helped by Sarah who helped my sister a few weeks ago finding a new phone contract. It’s so confusing and overwhelming with the options and she was so knowledgeable and so transparent and made the entire experience so pleasant. Wasn’t planning to buy today but ended up with a new phone and contract that I’m over the moon with! She deserves all the praise and I’ll be going back with any more tech needs because I’ve never known phone customer service as brilliant as she was.

Good place to shop for electronics and electrical goods. Shopping online doesn't have the same appeal, as physically seeing a product before you buy.

I recently visited Curry's in Friern Barnet and received exceptional assistance from Ollie. He helped me back up my hard drive with utmost professionalism and expertise he also switched my laptop charger which I only purchased the week before which was faulty. Ollie's knowledge about the products and process was impressive, and his friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Ollie for anyone seeking expert assistance at Curry's.
