We wanted to purchase a sound bar and new phone. We waited for over 30m and eventually, someone asked if we wanted help, we said yes. We waited another 5 minutes, and a man said he would be with us after finishing with his current customer.nn10m later he finished with them, and promptly moved on to a new customer who had arrived after us and did not acknowledge this. We walked out spending nothing, incredibly poor customer service, which we have sadly found is standard for Curry's these days.
Currys visits has always been a struggle. I came across Anna in the kitchen appliance department at the top. She was so lovely and very welcoming! Made my visit so nice that I had to buy something. Amazing customer service!! Thank you so much Anna.
Honestly the best customer service I’ve had in a while. The adviser was very friendly and patient with me. He made sure that I had the best possible customer experience it’s hard to find that nowadays. I think his name was Roul or something similar, he was Romanian I know this as he had the flag on his badge He also wearing a black earring . If you’re reading this your customer service is amazing. Keep it up :nnIt’s the lady with the Magic Keyboard and Pencil :
