One star only, but zero stars in reality. I was there on Monday afternoon to replace the iPhone that I bought there a few years ago when the service was terrific. This time it was appalling. Having completed the purchase I asked 'D' for a protecting cover and screen protector. They don't sell them, 'go to Argos' I was told. Refused to set up the phone or transfer everything from my old phone. Needs a technician who won't be in until Wednesday. He grudgingly inserted the SIM card, that was all he was prepared to do. I walked to the Apple Store in Regents Street. What a difference!! I will not be visiting Curry's ever again for anything.
Had a great experience here. Huge thanks to Anthony who helped me out massively when I went in looking for new earbuds. He was super knowledgeable, super friendly and really easy to talk to. Got my earbuds price matched without any fuss. Would recommend!
My wallet got stolen by pickpocket in front of BM around 17.00 Wed 30th Oct. based on the latest time I bought peanuts and almonds selling by old man in front of BM. for my daughter since she was very hungry. after buying her peanuts we walked to a restaurant near by about 6-10 min walked and realized that my wallet got stolen. I called to cancel my credit card. 5 minutes after cancellation I received report that someone tried to use my credit card at Currys on Oxford for 5724.02 usd Is there anyway the store can help send footage to crime managment or to me I've already reported crime on this. This would help me a lot to identify the thief so the police would be able to track them. I have 3-4 bank cards / id/ and cash about 1500 GSB . I felt so lucky that I cancelled the credit card in time. With this big amount of using card I believed you need to check id and surely my id card was in my pocket and the thief might use my id to show to the cashier but does the thief coincidenty look like me? why my credit card were allowed to use so easy. what if I could not canceled my credit card in time. I believed you have video footage of some one with big bill at your cashier check out on 30th Oct 17.10-17.30 using my credit card or at least the staff who sold products to the thief would remember this big transaction for sure.nnIf there anyway the store would help me and my daughter would be really appreciated.nnThank you very much
Easy to buy here, they get your money straight away but when it comes to a complain, they are the worst at dealing with it. Basically I was told that no matter what you find once you open a package e.g defective item, scratched you cant do ANYTHING about it, because you opened the box. This is crazy. I really recommend everyone to avoid this specific shop as customer service is great to sell you a product but unbelievably rude when resolving issues - they will redirect you to the online customer service, that will also redirect you to the shop. Literally useless. If you’re reading this, just buy online, as customers we are much more covered if anything happens. Don’t make the same mistake I did Hopefully they get a better training with their company.
I came to this branch to buy a pair of replacement headphones for my sister, which she breaks quite often and received excellent service from Derrick, and he was very helpful in suggesting I get insurance. He was super clear about everything I needed to know. He is a good very employee, very friendly and kind - people are bound to come back and walk out with smiles there. I'm also wishing a early happy birthday to his twins.
