Worse company to ever rent from . Only stayed 1 year in poor flat conditions. Will never use again and took about 1 month to get deposit back after excuses about wrong bank details!!! Poor communication as i had to do all the chasing. A BIG 0 FROM ME

We were very happy with the rental property that Cubitt and West found us and have since been impressed with Amy and Helen from the Chichester office throughout the process. Any problems or queries they have been happy to help to ensure it has all gone smoothly. Kate and Mike

We are extremely happy with service and commitment we have received from both Amy and Helen at the Chichester letting branch. We have never felt that anything is to much trouble for them , they were both professional, friendly and fully supportive from day one. We had never rented before and this was made so much easier by both of them. Thank you.

Our experience with Cubitt and West was very poor, they were great until the rental contract was signed and then the relationship changed and we were treated terribly. We had to continuously chase them for maintenance and at one point threatened to have the washing fixed and send them the bill before they would do anything. When we moved out after nearly two years they tried all sorts of things to keep the deposit. They refused to reference the 'moving in inspection report' when conducting the final inspection and tried to bill us for things that were already damaged/broken when we moved in. We eventually went to the Ombudsman and won the case. We later found out the C&W had told untruths to the Ombudsman in order to keep some of the deposit. The approach C&W took was the same no matter who we spoke to, they seem to treat us a some third class citizen and they ignored our rights. I would not under any circumstance recommend Cubitt and West.
