AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Been sub-working for this company for 3 months now. Still yet to be paid on time! When I contact them I get staff that are nothing but rude telling me lie after lie. AVOID!

I am a professional landlord Still sold my flat in Eastbourne because this management company took over our block I’ve done my Research on them. It's a money making exercise at the cost of landlords and tenants. I can see all our costs increasing Exponentially. They don’t have one decent review . Why?

Done some work for this company as taken over from another management company in East Sussex been waiting to be paid for a long time now. I would not work/subcontract from this rubbish company again.

This appears to be a company which has a computer that applies charges without any justification then sends threatening letters which also cannot be justified. Unprofessional, and in my opinion the business is not fit for purpose!

I don’t appreciate threats of debt recovery companies when I have been paying this company for 20 years without being in any debt. Look at the reviews. All shocking. Avoid buying any property affiliated with this company.

Dreadful service. They never do the jobs they are paid for and the telephone calls made are never returned.
