I am absolutely appalled with the lack of communication. I viewed a property at 5pm last night and contacted the agency to make an offer at 8.50 this morning. I was told that the agent that showed me the property would call me back. I phoned and left a message again requesting a call back immediately as I was very interested and would make an offer today only to be contacted at 15.30 to say someone else had taken the property!!! Disgraceful customer service! I will be making a formal complaint and I will not let a property through King and Chasemore in the future if this is the way they treat their customers!!

Absolutely useless letting agents. Impossible to get anything sorted with this company. Asked them for two years to take down the to
Let sign outside our rented house and took it just just before we left! Trying to take half our deposit as the property wasn't tidy despite it being cleaned by the cleaning company they suggested. One agent invited his mate round to view the house and spend an hour and half inside sitting on our beds and talking. Not very nice at 19:00 while you are trying to relax in your home.

Appalling service.
We got completely ripped off by the lettings department who failed to respond when we had problems at the property and when the deposit was due to be returned they knocked us from pillar to post until effectively offering half the deposit back even though the WHOLE property had been completely redecorated whilst we were living there.
The property had been listed for nearly 13 weeks before we moved in because it was in such poor condition
Absolutely disgusting behaviour by Countrywide and King & Chasemore.
