We have a small property in Selsey currently let by Henry Adams. They have given us excellent advise and service from refurbishment to letting. The whole team are efficient and professional and they have helped to make the process easy. It has been a pleasure dealing with them. I highly recommend Henry Adams Lettings and will continue to use them in the future.

Very unethical ways of doing business. If you view a property and say you want it and give details straight away, you would expect for them to put you forward on a first come first serve basis. But Henry Adams put you all in and let the landlord decide. So what are they actually paying you for if you are not qualifying customers yourself and putting them forward to the landlord. The landlord has never met any of the people so how can they make judgment. Yet the agent says 'if it was up to me I would have put you in the property' Take note if you want to rent a property through Henry Adams, you may not get one if the landlord doesn't like your profile.

Appalling experience, I won't go into details as it was a serious issue. I would not do business with these clowns ever again! This is the reason estate agents have a bad industry reputation!

Web site pop ups are infuriating..... couldn't view on line properties because of them.
