Thank you to all the reviewers below that gave me enough convincing info to prevent me using this company.  I booked with them before seeing the awful reviews below so I cancelled.  Some of the tales below are horrific and highlight why such terrible service (and in some cases potentially illegal behaviour) should not be rewarded with custom.  I was happy to avoid the worry of what I'd come back to and pay a bit more elsewhere. I hope the company reads these and realises that their approach is just unacceptable and bad for business.

Poor attitude, wouldn't leave my car with them again, absolute jobs worth runs the place who thinks the sun shines out of his arse. So rude and un accomodating I have never know customer 'service' like it. The only reason we didn't say anything to him was because we had to leave our car with him . He also bragged to us when we returned that if his last Pick up of the day didn’t arrive by midnight he’d be leaving them to it. The poor guys flight had been delayed by 6hrs! service with a smile!

Very arrogant staff, our car was broken when  they did bring it back to airport. And the man who did bring the car didn't think it is important to tell us that, although he saw us getting in with a small child.
And when we confronted him he said he was busy and  didn't have a time. I would never ever recommend this company.
I am not blaming them for the state of the car because in the garage we been told it could have happens anytime, but for the arrogance and not caring for there costumer wellbeing.

What a lovely experience. They have your car ready. They pick you up from airport within 10 mins of your call once youre out the airport and great banter too. Will defo use you again next time I use Stanstead airport. Thanks again
