My husband and I purchased a full body exfoliation + body mask + massage. We weren’t disappointed. It was so relaxing, We started off by spending 15 mins in the sauna then being exfoliated and soaped on top of a marble slab. Finally, we got a massage while the body mask was being applied. We both chose the chocolate mask and it felt indulgent. After which, the mask was left for 15 mins then we were asked to shower. It was a unique and lush experience. Props to the lady who did my treatment and the gentleman who did my husband’s treatment. They were very skilled, polite and just so good at what they do. They’re amazing. Deducting one star because the body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower room could do with some improvement. But overall, it was a great experience. We’ll come back again.
We found a deal on Groupon and decided to give it a go. It was hamam and a body mask of my choice. It was £65 for two people which was great price. Instead of purchasing at Groupon the spa place allowed us to pay on the day. When we got there we were taken to a seating area where we had herbal tea of our choice. Two of us in our party went first around 1830 and the other two around 1900 pm. We were taken to a steam room where we sat for 15 minutes. Then they took us to another room where we were asked to lie down on a marble slab. Then they bathed and scrubbed our body and applied mask of our choice. What I didn’t like was that the water they were throwing at our body went in our ears and nose cause of the way it was splattered on us. I opted for chocolate body mask which was very runny. After mask application the ladies left us for 15 minutes. I have had this done before. They should have wrapped us with cling film to get the best results out. After that we were sent to take a shower and provided us with disposable towels. The ladies who took us through our hamam experience didn’t speak proper English. It was hard to communicate. All in all I would give it a 3.5. This is cause even though their first language wasn’t English they were very courteous.
Alona and Ola were amazing and the best people to do our hammam. They made us enjoy every bit of the experience and we will definitely be back because of them!! 10/10!
My absolute favourite place in London for a Turkish hammam. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. The treatment is so relaxing and leaves me feeling rejuvenated.
Crystal Palace is one of the best Moroccan Hammam Spa in London. I've been coming to this place once a month for the past year. I've even introduced family members and they too are regulars now. Great service, reasonable prices and just an all round bliss experience always The only 2 things that I'd like to point out is the only one changing room they have is way too small and there is a constant stream of breeze coming from the window even thought its closed. I caught a cold a couple of times The other thing is, most of the women there do not have even the basic command of the English language which makes communicating a lil awkward at times; when you're going back and forth explaining the same thing, hoping they understood you
Very clean, lovely interior, friendly staff, great experience overall. So far the best pumper experience in London. More eco-friendly than in many other places.
They take longer and are expensive compared to most nail bars I’ve been to but it’s literally the best longest lasting manicure I’ve ever had in my life. I can’t explain how immaculate my nails are. I didn’t realise that there could be such a big difference between places. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who did my nails. If you want a manicure before and event or your wedding you should go here. I definitely recommend. They also let me use the bathroom to get ready for an event which I appreciated too. Fantastic experience and professional service! Came for a Hammam Masage and it was the best treatment I’ve ever had in London. If you’re looking for a relaxing treatment - that’s the perfect spa spot for you! You can start from a steam room followed by massage and full body mask. There is few options to go for, check their website! Thank you and see you soon!
Interesting experience if you’ve never had one the session lasts just over an hour and starts with a steam sauna ‍ then the girls will scrub and wash you with a foamy foam the massage bit was way below average, and the shower rooms in the end were small, dark and not with a good flow of water make sure you stay hydrated before and after your session as the excess heat can knock you out
Absolutely gorgeous Turkish hammam!!! We spent there around two hours and enjoyed every single minute. The staff is really welcoming and attentive to the details! They made as feel like at home! And the treatment itself is unforgettable!!!
