Not good at all this place but me bing a man means I can't go in wich is sad. I sonds like a nice place for all people. So I would go if I were you not good people running it.
reception staff- very nice young man Staff inside Hammam- very sweet and try their best but they definitely just in a hurry to get the job done… Facilities- walking up to the front door didn’t inspire confidence and it only got worse once inside,. You are welcomed by a damp mould smell and furnishings that could do with updating and refreshing. Definitely no frills so if it is a luxurious experience you after this is not the place. No bathrobe as promised on wowcher , take your own flip flops as the ones they provide are “ick” It is cramped, not relaxing and I was disappointed as I was treating a friend but it did not live up to expectations Deserves one star but giving two as staff were very sweet. Could say so much more but I think you get the message…
Great hammam in central London. It’s a little ladies only oasis, and the staff are just so wonderful: kind and helpful, just wanting you to have a great experience. I’m so glad I found this gem, and I will definitely be making this a regular visit. Very affordable pricing too.
I visited Arabian Hammam today and I was very impressed! Firstly the warm welcome on arrival made me feel comfortable and at ease. I then enjoyed the hammam that was at a perfect temperature and it was very clean.. I had a full body scrub exfoliation and mud mask that left me feeling so fresh! I was so impressed and felt so good I thought it was only correct of me to leave a good review! I’ll be back soon! Thanks again
THE best hammam in the UK! The staff were very polite and professional, nothing was too much trouble. The treatments were super and very thorough. Everything was extremely clean and we were not rushed. This was my first experience and I shall be returning next month!
A package was purchased for me as a wedding gift, I can't ask for something better before a wedding. I had an amazing relaxed day. Ask for Karima, she was simply the best. I went with my mum and a friend and we were all very pleased and satisfied with the service. Highly recommended.
Had a lovely session here today with my daughter. Very clean and organised venue 3 lovely ladies to assist you especially Fatima she was amazing really looked after us and made amazing Moroccan mint tea. Enjoyed our package start to finish.
I was at this beautiful spa yesterday very relaxing, and very good customer service especially the two ladies who give you the proper Moroccan Spa treatment and hospitality which they are very well known for. If you are looking for a place to relax and be comfortable in an environment that is women only and super friendly. Then this is the place to be. Nice place & with extremely helpful staff that go over & beyond to make you feel comfortable especially Kareema & rajja. Both these ladies made me, my daughter & sister feel at comfort by taking care of us & offering tea etc. I’ll definitely recommend these ladies for your spa experience. Would strongly recommend this ladies only hammam but the only downfall is they could do with upgrading the hygiene & interior deco other than that was overall a great experience.
I came to this Hammam two years ago and I had the best experience, the lady scrubbing me was Eastern European and she went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. However, no mask was applied as described in the package description and I lost my gold necklace that day in the changing room. The second time I went, my experience was terrible and I was rushed. There was a problem with the voucher I used to book the session and the owner was so intimidating she made me pay for it and told me she’ll refund the money used towards the voucher which she did. So overall, it was a bad experience the second time, I don’t know how I feel about going another time to the place.
