Went in after a stressful day for a facial and I left feeling fresh and relaxed. My therapist Jessica was very friendly and professional. She decided what type of treatment I needed based on what I told her about my skin, and explained it to me step by step. Very pleased with the results. Thank you Jessica.
My first impressions of the place were very positive. Beautiful ambience, very friendly and helpful staff. Customer service was excellent. Prices of the treatments are reasonable. I certainly will be going back there. Credit cards accepted including Amex.
It was a great Service! Although as a man I felt it more gentle to what I needed, which is more related to my taste to be receive a more direct treatment.
Went here last week for a body massage and facial treatment in the Penthouse as a Christmas present. Absolutely wonderful. My therapist Emily was professional and friendly and the whole experience for my friend and myself was amazing.

Elemis sent my items to the wrong address. They could not be bothered to bothered to send me replacements or at least a good will gesture. Instead I had to get my money back from my credit card company.
For amazing spa and facial treatments this is the place! Slightly pricey but well worth the experience. They never fail to make you feel revitalized and relaxed. Biotechnology facials are the one to go for!
