The place was overall warm & adorable, the staff were very friendly & helpful. I’ve tried their hot stone message, the therapist walked me though every step of the session and I highly appreciate it as a person who loves details.  If you’re looking for relaxing message with a great quality of oil on both smell & moisturising this would be perfect for you.  However if you’re like me looking for something to relief your muscles sores this is definitely not for you. The experience overall was more relaxing than therapeutic.

Fantastic little hidden gem in central London. I literally had the best hot stone massage of my life at the House of Elemis! All staff is courteous and lovely, and the premises are quaint and clean. I used a voucher for my treatment but couldn’t resist purchasing some skincare as an extra treat. I would strongly recommend this venue for massages and facials - the staff really know what they’re doing and are super professional and skilled. It’s not cheap but worth it, and I can’t wait to go back for another pampering session!

This is my second time in this place and their facial treatment are amazing with good results, they gave me Christmas tea while I was waiting, everyone inside is so nice and welcoming.

Booked a hot stone massage with the friend for my birthday and had the best experience. We were upgraded to the penthouse suite so we could have our treatments together. The staff were super lovely afterwards, going through skincare advice and making sure we got the information we were looking for. Felt so relaxed and pampered afterwards with some herbal tea and a glass of Prosecco. I thoroughly recommend for anyone looking for a treat.

A lovely day spa in the heart of Mayfair.  The hot stone massage was most  relaxing, while the facility was clean, and modern.  The facility lacked a comfortable waiting area, and instead directed us to sit on bar type stools in the middle of the retail area.  After the massage,  I asked to take a shower but was told that none were available. My sense is that this facility is more set up for facial treatments than body treatments.  Overall though, a very comfortable experience!

My first impressions of the place were very positive. Beautiful ambience, very friendly and helpful staff. Customer service was excellent. Prices of the treatments are reasonable. I certainly will be going back there. Credit cards accepted including Amex.

Good massage however not the full hour only 45 minute massage as they were running late and finished early
